Sunday Post, Mailbox Monday and It's Monday What Are You Reading? Feb 12 Edition

Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Dragging my feet these days. Usually, I can handle winter blahs better than this. Anyone else feeling this way? A trip to a sunny Caribbean island would be ideal, right now. Sparkling blue ocean lapping a white-sand beach, a cloudless azure sky, tropical birds cheerily chirping as I sip a refreshing Pina Colada, a riveting book in my other hand (jerks  self upright from daydreaming on laptop, keyboard buttons imprinted on forehead...)

Okay, back to reality.

Hope your reading is taking you to interesting places!

Mailbox Monday Edition

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organise yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever-growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date.

  1. Is that the truth or what? A Caribbean vacation sounds pretty good right now to those of us freezing in the north. :)

Hope The company Files turns out good!

  5. I have the winter blahs for an entirely different reason -- we've barely had winter at all here in the Phoenix area. I feel totally cheated! I want the sun to go away for a few months and leave us alone. It's not in the cards apparently ... boo.

  12. I want more snow, we haven't been getting much this Winter here in Colorado. Gorgeous cover for The MacKinnon's Bride, I do enjoy historical fiction. Enjoy your week.

  14. I struggle with the blahs this time of year. That's why I keep my blinds open wide to let in as much light as possible. Sometimes I have to change what I am reading to something light and zany too. Of course, I wouldn't turn down a trip either.

I'm a sucker for historical fiction too. I'm doing my best to stay away from book stores.

Hope you have a great week.
