Spring Break was fun this week but I still had to do my taxes and I'm glad that is over with. That's the one part of my business I don't like doing. Turning forward the clock and losing one hour is going to be tough. I'm not a morning person and after all the late nights we spent over the break, it's going to be super hard to get back to a routine this week. Hope you're all enjoying the ping-pong weather March is hitting us with.

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organise yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date.

It's cruel to have spring break right before the time change! I hope you adjust soon and enjoy your new books. Congratulations on the win!
ReplyDeleteI know, right! It's going to be a killer week. I'm not a morning person either.
DeleteGlad you had a good spring break. I'm not a big fan of the time change either. Today went by so fast with losing that hour! the weather has been kinda wacky here too, and cold. The Schoelkoppf books look interesting, those covers are quite distinctive!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm looking forward to reading her books.:-)
DeleteI'm so glad we don't do daylight savings here! I don't think that I would manage! Spring break sounds like it was good though!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good week!
Lucky you. I think I would do fine without it.
DeleteThe time change was more challenging when my kids were young. Now that it's just me and hubby it's not so bad. We're in the middle of a snowstorm at the moment. So far, 5 inches with more expected. I guess it's not officially spring, right?
ReplyDeleteLooks like that storm is heading this way! We're expecting it tomorrow into Wednesday.
DeleteYay for getting those pesky taxes done. I do ours, which includes my business and then do all of our kids taxes. My oldest was late to work this morning. She is so not a morning person. I am working on my third cup of coffee and beginning to feel human. Hope you have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteYour kids must love you for doing their taxes. I don't drink coffee, but I eat dark chocolate daily. THAT makes me feel human. :-)
DeleteI used to do my kids' taxes, too, back in the day. Nowadays I have an accountant...I'm tired of doing taxes! lol.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week...you have some interesting books on your list. Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
Oh we have an accountant too, but we still need to get all our paperwork in order. Ugh!
DeleteWhat a good week!!
ReplyDeleteOne Part Plant looks good to me.
Taxes are never fun...I have an accountant do ours. Tired of doing them. :)
ENJOY all of your books.

My Mailbox Monday
Nice assortment of books. My tax appointment is after work today. I'll be glad to check that off my list. Snow meant a two hour late start today which helped ease in Daylight Savings time for me. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteWow, I guess no school closure even with all that snow. We are expecting snow tomorrow and into Wednesday.
DeleteSuch a diverse reading week. We haven't had change of clocks yet, not sure when it comes, most likely the end of this month, as we are the opposite to you, the evenings are already getting darker and lights come on earlier.
ReplyDeleteSuch an interesting mix of reads. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you think of The Munich Girl. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI should probably read something like Just the Essentials. Enjoy Munich Girl. Happy reading
ReplyDeleteJust the Essentials and One Part Plant look particularly interesting. So do the Nancy Schoellkopf books. I'm enjoying A Fine Year for Murder - almost finished.
ReplyDeleteI hope you stay safe through the weather. Happy Reading!
