...and ended with the first epic snowstorm of 2019. Not only did we get dumped with 25 cm of snow but it was a bone-chilling -31 Celcius with the windchill. That's -24 Fahrenheit! This cold will linger until Tuesday. Anyone else experiencing crazy weather?

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organise yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever-growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date.

ReplyDeleteMe too! He is such an adorable cat.
DeleteGreat picture of your book with the "paw of approval". Brrrr! That cold makes me want to go crawl under my heated blanket.
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading!
Yeah, the cold makes me want to do that too, in front of my fireplace, with a good book:-)
DeleteIt's really cold here too but luckily we're not getting snow at the moment- we just have a bit that we got the other day. Hope it warms up there!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable cat pic. :)
It snowed like crazy this Sunday and now it is bitter cold. I'm done with winter.
ReplyDeleteYour two new books look great. I enjoyed Cinder too. Not my usual genre, so it was a bit surprising.
Hope you have a great week.

DeleteSqueak is adorable. Brr— that's cold! My weekly updates
ReplyDeleteI hope you find Brain Rules helpful. Our temps are quite frigid as well - tis the season, right? Sweet of your friend to send the pic of your book!
ReplyDeleteI know. I was touched by that pic.
Deleteaww cute kitty! Stay warm Laura! Enjoy the Jane Austen book and I've been wanting to read Cinder for so long.
ReplyDeleteThe Jane Austen book is turning out to be a great read!
DeleteThe Sea of Travail looks good.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week, Laura.
We had the same temperatures but missed the last round of snow. They are forecasting some for tonight but not very much by Minnesota standards. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteAw, that picture he sent you is so great!
ReplyDeleteYour friend’s cat is very cute, it has the same colouring as our cat. I think I should get a copy of Brain Rules before it’s too late.
ReplyDeleteWe are getting crazy weather here too. Up to 40 Celsius some days but we have also been getting some rain which is great as we’ve been in drought for so long.
I'd rather have your hot weather than our cold one!
DeleteI hope the weather improves for you. I like the JA variation book.
