Sunday Post, Mailbox Monday and It's Monday What Are You Reading? June 25 Edition

Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

What an emotional but exciting weekend. My daughter (the girl in the middle with a full black dress) had her prom and parents were invited to have cocktails at the venue before their party started. The kids were so happy to be graduating after an intense year of school. Congrats to all of you who have kids, grandkids, nieces, and nephews who are graduating!

Mailbox Monday Edition

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week. Mailbox Monday now has a permanent home on its blog. Link up to share your MM.

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organise yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever-growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date.

What I read and/or featured in last two weeks:

Chasing the Wind by C.C. Humphreys (Review and Giveaway!)

The New Adventures of A.R. Achnid by Sandi Smith (Book Spotlight and Giveaway!)

    1. Thank you, Kathy! She will be attending college this fall. Who knew ten years ago when I was blogging about the books I was reading with my 8 year old, that I would one day be blogging about her graduation.

    1. Thanks Mary. It's such a hard world to launch them into though, so hopefully all the prep work we've done as parents will pay off.
