Well, March is just around the corner and it feels like spring is early this year. This past week has been busy with my kids participating on the Science Fair at school. My daughter's science project was testing cell phones to see just how dirty they can get. Oh my, the bacteria they discovered on cell phones was scary, such as Serratia marcescens, E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. So clean your cell phone daily! Remove it from its protective case and wipe down with alcohol.
Mailbox Monday
Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week. Mailbox Monday now has a permanent home on its blog. Link up to share your MM.
It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organise yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date.

Oh wow that is scary. And makes sense I guess with cells being left laying around and who knows what all they come in contact with! Yikes.
ReplyDeleteYep, much like our hands. But we tend to wash our hands more than we clean our phones.
DeleteInteresting science project if yucky results!
ReplyDeleteThe Secret Wife looks interesting.

I like the look of Gill Paul's books and hope to read them.
DeleteLove kids science fair projects and what the discover. Rushing to wipe down my phone, but I wonder what's on everything else!!

DeleteYes..and what a cool project. I am constant wiping mine with alcohol spray, mainly because I am anal and hate smudges..
