I am very excited to launch Italy Book Tours, where I will be featuring books that are set in Italy, have an Italian theme, are written by an Italian author or translated from Italian. Since January when I began iRead Book Tours, I have wanted to give particular attention to books set in Italy. Why is that? There are several reasons...

• I am the daughter of Italian immigrants and I feel a strong attachment to the country of my parents and ancestors. 
• I have traveled to Italy several times and I love the culture, language and architecture of this beautiful country. 
• I'm also the author of a book set in Italy. It's titled Daughter of Mine. 
• I speak and read Italian fluently and want to promote Italian authors. 
• I know there are readers out there who love books that transport them to Italy.
