Let me say tha...I understand your thoughts, Laura. Let me say that I do not subscribe to the idea that woman "get over" assaults quickly. I know it will be with them for the rest of their lives. If you look at <i>Pemberley Ranch</i>, you will see I do talk about the devastating effect such a crime has on one of the characters. Many times the characters "get over it" rather quickly.
