Mailbox Monday and It's Monday, What Are You Reading? June 9 BEA Edition

Mailbox Monday was created by Marcia who now blogs at To Be Continued. It is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week. Mailbox Monday now has a permanent home on its blog. Link up to share your MM.

So I came home last Saturday with a luggage and a half filled with books, plus a box of books that were shipped with Fed Ex. Before stepping into the exhibit at BookExpo I told myself I would be very picky with what I brought home...and I was, truly. It's just that there were soooo many good books for the offering. And being a mom means I stood in line and got books for my kids. This is what I brought home.

For my 10 year-old son who reads and reviews books with me:

For my 13 year-old daughter who also reads and reviews with me:

I'm going to dig into many of these myself.

Fiction titles I picked up for me:

Non-fiction titles I picked up for me:

Now I just need to organize them by publishing date and find space for them on my bookshelves!

This meme is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. This is where we keep track of what we are currently reading and plan to read.  The kidlit version is hosted by Jen at Teach Mentor Texts.

Read and reviewed:
Missing Lily by Annette K. Larsen (YA)
My Brother is My Best Friend by Nicole Weaver (Children)

Currently Reading:
Divergent by Veronica Roth (My daughter read this trilogy a while back and has been wanting to discuss it with me since, so I thought it was time I read it!)

Hope you all have a great reading week!
